Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to AI Mentorship, a mentorship program owned and operated by CXO REPUBLIC LLC ("CXO Republic," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the mentorship, website, private Slack channel, resources, or related services, you agree to these terms.

2. The mentorship

AI Mentorship provides one on one guidance focused on setting up business infrastructure, branding, finding clients, and setting up delivery. The program may also include access to a private Slack channel for questions and feedback. Mentorship is educational and strategic; it is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

3. Fees, renewal, and cancellation

The mentorship costs $250 USD per month and renews automatically each month until canceled. Charges are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide.

You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing hello@secretagents.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable and partial months are not prorated.

4. Costs not included

Your membership fee covers mentorship and guidance only. You are responsible for all separate technology, software, domains, advertising, lead generation, contractor, and other operating costs you choose to incur. We may recommend tools or strategies, but you control and are responsible for every purchase and business decision.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, participate in good faith, protect your account access, and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for your own implementation, client agreements, marketing claims, data handling, taxes, licenses, and business results. You may not misuse the service, harass others, share private channel access, infringe intellectual property, or use the program for unlawful or deceptive activity.

6. No earnings guarantee

We do not promise or guarantee income, clients, travel, financial independence, or any particular result. Examples and goals are illustrative. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your skills, effort, market, offer, execution, costs, and circumstances.

7. Intellectual property and confidentiality

CXO Republic retains ownership of its branding, methods, templates, curriculum, recordings, and original materials. We grant you a limited, personal license that cannot be transferred to use provided materials for your own business. You may not resell, republish, distribute, or create a competing program from them without written permission. Each party agrees to use reasonable care with the other party's private business information.

8. Availability and termination

We may update, pause, or change program features as reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate access when payment is not made, material breach, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, or misuse of program materials. If we end a paid period without cause, we will provide a reasonable prorated refund for the unused portion.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. CXO Republic disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or damages from lost profits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Questions, cancellation requests, or legal notices may be sent to hello@secretagents.ai.
